2024 年12月23日上午，第九届中国残疾人冰雪运动季启动仪式在内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市马鬃山滑雪场盛大举行。本次启动仪式的主题为“大爱北疆 多彩人生 -- 绽放冰雪梦想 乐享康复健身体育”。
