2025年3月28日，缅甸中部发生7.9级地震。中国日报记者魏晓昊跟随中国红十字国际救援队一道，赶赴缅甸灾区。
一、抵达缅甸后的24小时
3月30日下午丨缅甸仰光

经过漫长的旅程，我们终于从北京经昆明抵达仰光国际机场，这是我第一次来到这个国家。

从仰光国际机场出来之后，我们连夜赶赴此次受灾严重的曼德勒地区，大巴车顺路还捎上了很多社会组织捐赠的救灾物资。
其中有三大包用编织袋装的货物被塞到了座位之间的过道。我有点好奇问了一句，得到一个答案，裹尸袋。
3月31日上午丨缅甸曼德勒

7时48分，中国红十字国际救援队一行抵达缅甸曼德勒市，立即展开工作。
当地居民提供线索称一处倒塌的民房曾有轻微呼叫声，中国红十字国际救援队赶赴救援。

现场除了中国红十字国际救援队，还有来自中国的蓝天救援队等多支队伍，大家携手联合救援。

二、抵达缅甸前的24小时
3月29日丨中国北京
在孩子们去上培训班后，我把要去石家庄参加马拉松的爱人送到了地铁站，这是一个轻松的周末。
工作群里跳出一则消息令人紧张起来，报社正在选派记者前往缅甸采访。这本来是同事王敬的“专长”，但因为这家伙护照过期，这次采访落在了我的头上。
抗震救灾有过几次经验，出国采访也不在少数，出国抗震还真是首次。在繁杂的设备和物料准备之后，最终还是落下了刮胡刀。
这趟行程要从昆明中转才能抵达缅甸。飞往昆明的飞机格外颠簸，心里还惦记着孩子们的作业，又想到未知的同伴和故事，便在昏昏沉沉中睡去。
3月30日中午丨中国昆明

在昆明长水国际机场附近的酒店休息了一晚，夜里醒了几次。
起床后，第一次穿上中国红十字国际救援队的制服，自拍了几张记录一下。

中国红十字国际救援队训练有素、纪律严明，在机场候机楼一路收获各种注目礼。作为其中的一员，自豪感油然而生。
一名缅甸华侨在候机大厅看到这个阵势情绪很激动，她拉着救援队队员就哭了。她家就在曼德勒，当地情况很糟糕，看到同胞前来支援非常感动。
哪里的人民不是人民，哪里的百姓又不是百姓，这样的善举很伟大。

午后，我们飞往缅甸仰光。
