监狱民警张洋在局2024年民警实战大练兵暨职业技能竞赛总决赛中获得优胜奖。
在局庆祝中华人民共和国成立七十五周年实战大练兵汇报演练中，监狱相关预案演练获得应急处突综合演练金盾奖，民警队列会操方阵获得分列式优秀组织奖，展现了北新泾监狱民警干练威武的练兵风采和良好的精神面貌。
